Q2:What information should let you know if I want to get a quotation?
Focusbox:You are required to provide us with the following information:
1) The box pattern
2) The size of the production (Length*Width*Height)
3) The material and surface handing
4) The printing colors
5) If it possible,please also provide with pictures or design for checking. Sample will be best for clarifying,If not,we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.

Q3:Can you design for me?
Focusbox:According to your requirement, We can add your company logo website,phone number or your ideas...on paper box.Paper box background color is decide by you,any color is available. Our profession designer can make design to you for free.

Q4: Can we get some samples? Free or any charges?
Focusbox:Yes, and stock samples available for free. You would pay for the sample only if you need the customized one.

Q5: What shipping method can I choose? How about the shipping time?
Focusbox:
By Express: 3-5 working days to your door (DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx...)
By Air: 5-8 working days to your airport.
By Sea: Please advise your port of destination, the exact days will be confirmed by our forwarders.
